Meat was excellent, including the mustard marinade. I kinda screwed up by trusting the chefs and pouring the sauce over the meat expecting it to enhance it but it was actually quite mild and removed the good mustard taste :) Potato gratin tasted more like the Spanish omelette (no idea why), so I saved it by the extra mustard proactively offered by the crew member. I'm not sure why I got it since most people, including my friend, didn't get it offered so I assume it's not part of the meat.
