Veal Cutlet EWR-SIN: I love that it was served bone in. A bit overcooked but flavor was great and enhanced by the lardon (ie bits of bacon). Definitely not a healthy choice, and will probably enrage any readers that are members of PETA, but overall quite good and surprised it came out of an EWR catering facility
