Som tam - epic fail. The Thai Masterchef has changed this dish so much that it’s unrecognisable. Instead of shreds of green papaya, they are now wide tagliatelle strips. With one cold whole scallop that isn’t seared well and small bits of (of all things!) salted egg?! And a very soggy tempura shrimp.
