October 2021 trip, booked July 1st 2021. Two free bags still listed. (Note I did change this trip in August to a different destination using the same ticket and noticed that the new confirmation that was sent; had the updated verbiage about only one bag free for medallions). At check-in the computer still grandfathered in the original ticket info with two bags.
