The duck. It tasted very pre-cooked. Regardless, it was duck so it was still very enjoyable - I would order it again, but would prefer it on its own with something else as a side. The salad and couscous that come with it added very little. Funnily enough I had peking duck for lunch so I may be a harsh critic today (on the duck, not on the salad & couscous).
