Lunch - Poached prawns with avocado purée rainbow cherry tomatoes and coriander oil. Despite the presentation the shrimp was icy and half frozen inside, so I sent it back. FA was very apologetic and flagged it to the purser who came immediately to apologize (she later returned offering the same dish again which she claims to be better than the first one, refused kindly and settled for the arabic mezze as a safe alternative).
