Visually disappointing, but the main ingredient - cheese - was excellent. Manchego, Midnight Moon (like Gouda) The gooey one was akin to a well-ripened truffled brie, although the waiter claimed it was Port Salut. If it was, it wasn’t like any Port Salut I’ve ever had!
