What really annoys me is that most people will follow instructions #1 - 4 to make their gelato but then ignore #5 to clean up, especially discarding your used capsule. Every time I've used the machine I had to remove the capsule leftover by the previous user. I think the club management should emphasize #5, maybe by highlighting it.
