Monty from the Conrad St James's in london , thinking about the okonmiyaki ( almost like a noodle pancake) a Hiroshima specialty at the Hilton Hiroshima executive lounge. The okonomiyaki tasted a lot better than it looks here as it collapsed when dishing it. Had a full breakfast in the restaurant but the lounge had okonomiyaki so helped my self to a small portion
