Punch Room is the name of the EDITION's bar, there's few of them around the world. The cocktails are always nice and specific to the location; for Tokyo they had few cocktails dedicated to a specific ingredient / concept, ie Japanese apple. They were cheap to London standards; one set you back by 10 pounds roughly, unlike in New York where they run at 28!
