LHR to SIN BTC: Braised Beef short ribs. I was really looking forwards to this dish. Surprisingly when I cut into it it was dry. Usually braised meat is moist when you cut into it. Thank goodness it was slathered in gravy. The gravy needed more "seasoning" and once I sprinkled more salt it tasted fine. The portion was huge and that was satisfying. I would not order this again as it was somewhat tasteless. 6.5/10 would be a 6 but as I had stated, it was a large portion.
