Spicy Kung pao shrimp with jasmine rice and bok choy. I forgot that kung pao shrimp is supposed to be breaded and fried otherwise I would have probably gone for the beef. Shrimp was good quality and flavour wasn’t bad but ended up being like reheated takeaway thanks to the logistics of it on a plane.
