Good, but not great steak & shrimp on today’s IAD-SAN flight. Steak was moist and medium-rare, but mostly room temperature (I prefer at least warm). Nuts and slice of French bread not warmed. Not a fan of black and green olives in with the quinoa and cherry tomato halves.
