Overcooked chicken served in an imitation St. Hubert poutine gravy (prolly the canned stuff from Couche-Tard) served alongside a flavourless, under-baked potato. The appetiser, which is crumpled up like a one dollar bill, tastes like prosciutto di Parma (and may also be the most expensive thing on this plate). Also, reducing the salad by 50% to plate the appetiser within the salad appears to no longer be a one-off. I wonder how many thousands American Airlines is saving its shareholders.
