Guess I spoke too soon with my surprise at having five options for a 2.5 hour flight. These were preorder options for tonight’s SNA-SEA. FA apologetically told me SNA never caters the meatballs and offered short rib, cheeseburger, or mushroom ravioli as the choices. She came to the two of us with missed preorders to offer first choice, which was a nice workaround. I took the short rib, which was as described and just fine.
