Got this fella from Conrad Las Vegas, had to ask. Just completed a stay at Conrad Indianapolis, they said they have never had the bears which I find perplexing as I've seen pictures in this thread, no front office manager working to talk to during my stay and front desk and the concierge did not seem interested in helping, very unfortunate.
