SIN-SYD: to be honest I can’t for the life of me remember what this dish was. I will say that I did not particularly enjoy it and the presentation was below my expectations for J. Looking at the BTC menu, I am guessing it is the “ Song Fa Bak Kut Teh” - “ Prime pork ribs in a clear and peppery soup simmered with garlic, peppercorn and spices to perfection. Served with steamed rice, braised peanut and salted vegetable.” 5/10 due to portion size and presentation
