Congee was under-seasoned for my preference, but salt and pepper did the trick. What bugged me was the dish was served lukewarm -- maybe because breakfast was heated all at once, but served to passengers as they were waking up? With the exception of the jam, all the other accompaniments were probably what other airlines serve on economy. Oh, what looks like a whole shrimp was actually half a shrimp, so maybe UA's shrinkflation (shrimpflation?) strategy.
