Pressed beef. As many here know I’m not a big fan of pressed meat dishes usually but this was nice. Missing veggies though (that broccoli purée was quite pointless, cold and not good) so I’d recommend ordering a side. Pea shoots replaced by mixed micro greens in some sort of miracle
