Smoked raw Mackerel with dill, potato mousse and horseradish foam. This was a difficult dish to finish. I love sushi, but the sushi chefs balance the fishiness with vinegar. Not so much here, and tasted pretty fishy. I had to drown it out with the foam. A definite miss.
