Caviar with smoked salmon. Taste of caviar was excellent. But the amount of condiments is disproportionately meagre - I finished the sour cream, chopped onions/chive and egg yolk/white with just 3 blinis. Again provided feedback to crew, who said they were all prepacked by the caterer, and many passengers indeed had complained that the condiments need to be increased to complement the quantity of caviar provided.
