On UA883 Sunday the plane left the gate with 11 empty J seats and 17 on the waitlist. With PE and E- almost full. Why would/ could this happen? My sister in law who I sponsored an upgrade for was left unupgraded with a purchased PE ticket and left at number 1 on the waitlist.
