Brought out shortly after wheels up. The FAs were cognizant that folks wanted to sleep, but the service didn’t feel rushed. The new champagne (a blanc de blanc) is pretty good and a step up from the Charles de Cazanove. Not on par with the Palmes d’Or that was randomly served last year (out of a plastic cup) or LPGS, but it’s good.
