1hr 55 mins late departure. 3rd leg for the plane today. Delay starting from Heathrow this morning. Poor Finnair. Being late for anything causes the Finns actual physical pain. Charming and methodical crew. Methodical meaning no sniff of refreshment for a further 50 mins. And I was in the front row!
