Last dinner at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach. I was going to order a salad with grilled chicken, but considered the burger. My friend asked if a burger is something I’d make for myself at home and my answer was no, soooo… I didn’t read the description well and was surprised to find bbq Wagyu brisket on top of the patty. Needless to say, it was a good burger, though not pink as I ordered it.
