Relatively speaking this Salon champagne dinner at $295pp was a STEAL. The only champagne on here that wasn't free-flow was the 1997 Salon, but we got a healthy pour of that. It retails for $1,500 a bottle, so if you scale that up to St. Regis prices one glass of it would have cost about $1,000. Even at retail one glass would cost about $400.
