Line for check in to pick up room keys, even with the Hilton Honors line was about 20-minutes long. No room upgrade, we noted on our reservation that it was our anniversary and would've appreciated an upgrade to a suite. The response we were provided was that Conrad was not really a "Hilton," which made no sense to us considering it's named after Mr. Hilton's first name.
