Kim Laidlaw’s Apple Whiskey Cake. Stunningly delicious. I set the oven temp to 350 (instead of 325 ) and I’m glad I did as the brown sugar and butter made such a delicious crispy edge. Lots of diced apples so it was still moist. If it sounds good, the recipe is easily available online.
