I got stuck with Policia for 1 hour after landing. Not a good experience... I Had to bribe them 150,000 COP. 50K each. around $45. Then they let me out.... be careful. They got me at security because I'm a foreigner for me. Not fun lol. BUt they were trying to get me to book a full day tour with one of their tour friends that spoke english too ha. I got away from that.
