The omellete. All the main dishes appear small ( the omellete seemed to be half the size of the berlin hilton one), with the side orders and the sizeable continental buffet selection it fills you up. I had over the five days ( pancakes x 2, omelette, waffles, french toast) and felt the pancakes were the best ( not a fresh egg person). Prosecco available on request ( one day served proactively)
