Kouign-amann- 2nd attempt. Getting better. I’m learning. Last weekend, it was drenched in butter after it baked, so I poured some off. This time I used less butter. It was a mistake. That hot butter soaks in and makes a beautiful glaze once it’s turned over. By the time it’s perfected, however, we may weigh 300 lbs. each.
