The planning was for a extra car park (600 cars) and a 164 metre extension at the northern end (Eastleigh Railway works end) its nort actually that much bigger but it allows for more range / heavier take off weight for the A320/737s... They have been using the airport with easyjet as recently as 2019 but restricted weight and balance / range
