I thought so too, but a few days ago I saw a Range Rover Sport and Velar at Premium Upgrade, I don't think they will let those go for 25 (as advertised). Many locations including SJC don't have a proper upgrade rate clearly posted and allow their staff to improvise, which eventually leads to upset customers.
