Demonstrably false. The east runway complex is in Dallas County, but all terminals, roads, parking, Skylink, the defunct TrAAin, and both TEXRail and DART stations are in Tarrant County. The former Eagle's Nest A satellite (signed as gate A0) might have been in Dallas County, though.
