The 1000 US soldiers are going to be redeployed in the blue area to cut off access of Damascus and Russia to the Oil and Gas Fields...will only exit there when/if Turkey-backed forces arrive there and transfer control of the area to Turkey. This is Trump plan all along. and plays well with neocons and their friends who want to block Iran .
