We arrived at the resort yesterday afternoon about 4:30 pm. Our arrival experience was great - off the plane, through customs and with our bags in under 20 minutes. The resort representative was ready and easily found. We waited approximately 20 minutes for the boat to arrive. The staff explained what was happening, how long it would take and explained some interesting background on how the various resort transfers work and the local geography.
