My twins first flight was Qatar F courtesy bmi Diamond Club....then the following year our 2 month old daughter on her first flight BA F + by then 18month twins! Best advice is start flying as early as possible plus Baby Olbas Oil. Dab a few drops on the kids clothes 30mins prior to take off and descent, works like a dream for little ears and air pressure changes. PS. Other F pax and crew on both flights were great!
