I got in touch with JetPrivilege regarding the fate of my KLM & Delta award tickets last week. I spoke to a ‘Senior Agent’ who mentioned both my bookings are valid and will be honoured by respective airlines. Just yesterday I received this communication about my Delta ticket, which confirms what the agent mentioned on the call. I had received a similar communication about my KLM ticket 2 weeks ago.

I asked the agent specifically about how JetPrivilege ks going to pay for these tick
