I had the beef and have to say it was one of the best steak dishes I've had on an airplane in the last 15 or so. That includes international flights, although I'll admit I don't often order steak on those. It was pink throughout the middle, juicy and flavorful. Mushrooms were nice, but the pearl onions, potatoes, and carrot were just a tad bit too al dente for my taste. I really hope this wasn't a one-off as I could really get used to this meal!
