Redeeming Wyndham Points for NYC Hotel
As a budget traveler and Wyndham Diamond member I am attepting to stay at a "decent" NYC hotel for the 15,000 point redemption rate. The Microtel in Long Island City fit the bill until it became a homeless shelter. Same is true with the new La Quinta and Wingate in LIC. I noticed the Wyndham Garden in Rego Park, lowered their redemption rate to 15,000 points per night. Anyone stay there? Any other suggestions. Does Wyndham provide a free breakfast for Diamond members at those properties with a restaurant?
