Laurel Lounges are only open on the weekends in AC or at least those were the hours in mid June.

In case some aren't aware you have to be at least DIAMOND to access the LL using 1000Rc/person
You can get CET Total Rewards Diamond, through a Founder's Card Membership: this gets you Lounge Access, Waived Resort Fees, Annual $100 Dinner, Wyndham Diamond Status (through Total Rewards), Hilton HHonor's Gold, Sixt Platinum, substantial Equinox discount, etc.

You can also get Wyndham Diamond via the Wyndham Business card,, when we signed up we also received 90K Wyndham points each for spending $2K each which we transferred to CET as we go to Vegas often.

IMO the $95 AF on the business card is more than compensated with the 15K points per year for renewing and 8x on gas purchases.

FWIW going forward who knows if ether the founders card or the Wyndham business give a person Diamond in 2023...............given what happened this year ( we were both matched again for 2022 within a week so no issues here) for many I would say it's a guess as to how 2023 @ CET goes that's why we also have MGM Gold for waived resort fees.

CET Vegas now lets you pay in advance for rooms ( we don't get every night comped so often we have some reasonable rates to pay) with reward credits now so you don't have to leave a deposit for a room ( if a deposit is required) on a credit card when booking and you also don't have to check out in person to redeem RC for room.

If you book using RC and cancel during the cancelation period it takes about 72 hours to get the RC back.

Update 8/18/2022 I have reprices reservations as prices dropped, usually my Rc's have been refunded in under a week, this last time it took a month to get the points back............going forward I probably won't pay in RC............I'll just pay the deposit ( if required) then use my RC on checkout

Laurel Lounges locations: https://caesarsrewards.custhelp.com/...unge-locations, https://www.caesars.com/caesars-ac/casino/laurel-lounge

Diamond Plus and Above:
Tier score of more than 25,000 can utilize the Laurel Lounge.
Complimentary access for themselves and 1 guest
Two additional guests can join for 2,500 Reward Credits each

Diamond members with a Tier score of less than 25,000 gain entrance with:
1,000 Reward Credits for Laurel Lounge access
1,000 Reward Credits for their 1st guest access
Two additional guests can join for 2,500 Reward Credits each

The ones in Vegas are closed and probably won't come back: https://caesarsrewards.custhelp.com/...unge-locations
Instead, if you are Diamond Plus (not Diamond) or above you get drink or food credits: https://www.caesars.com/las-vegas/lvoffer

I did some calculations on play last night and there's no way I can hit Diamond Plus organically, requires way more play than I can do. And video poker/slots does not interest me...

If I'm understanding correctly:
$125 on gas with Wyndham Business Card = 1000 Wyndham Points => 1000 RCs = one lounge visit or $10 in F/B at 100 RC/$1 comp

Are Wyndham points actually good for redeeming at Wyndham (I.E. can you get more than 1cpp) or is this better? I usually just pay Wyndham stays because they're only like $70 a night...

Well ten dollars comps, for a meal and unlimited drinks, with a view: how much is that worth to you?

Probably about as much as a Priority Pass Lounge, so face value or $10

Was at Planet Hollywood yesterday and there was a sign to the Diamond Lounge... RIP

Just an FYI, I was in AC in mid June, Laurel Lounges are only open limited hours Friday - Sunday. We were there midweek so we didn't use the lounges as they were closed.

We were very disappointed with Caesars AC, no atmosphere at all.........We had a ocean view room facing Bally's comped in the Centurian tower which was nice.

Tropicana had a much better atmosphere IMO but was a 20 minute walk and we read verry iffy room reviews so we chose Caesars.

We were in the area so we decided to take CET up on the comped rooms and have a lot of RC's ( transferred from Wyndham) so the entire stay was more/less free but I would never go back to AC again.

We transfer most of our Wyndham points to CET but do have a 3 night stay in mid April booked at Club Wyndham on Clearwater Beach. We paid 27K points a night and the timeshare/condo is over $1000/night so over 3 centts per pt

Does anyone know if transferring points from Wyndham Rewards to Caesars Rewards counts as a qualifying activity and resets the 6-month expiration timer for Caesars Rewards points?

Yes, in a normal year we transfer 30K each in 10K blocks every few months Wyndham to CET and the date resets each time.

If you are worried about points expiring maybe try this, we each have a CET credit card with a small ( I pay Netflix) monthly recurring charge so every month our 6 month expirations @ CET both reset.

Thanks, did the transfer back to Wyndham reset your 6 month Caesars expiration date ?

I noticed today I haven't earned any points since April from my Caesars credit card spend so my 6 month CET RC expiration isn't getting reset every month.

I already transferred 100K to CET this year and my CET points expire 12/29/2022 , I'm guessing the credit card issue gets fixed but I'm not one to wait so I would rather get some activity now that would reset the 6 months to Feb 2023

I used to get surveys for CET points but haven't seen any in a long time, I know those also extend expiration dates

We won't be back in Vegas until May. Thanks

How long did it take for Caesars to update your Caesars point balance from 100,000 to 0?

About a week ago, I logged into my Caesars account, selected Reward Match & Exchange, selected Wyndham Rewards, scrolled below Status Match to Rewards Credit Transfer, it already had my Wyndham Rewards number in there, I typed in "100000", clicked Transfer Reward Credits, and it just said: "Thank you. Transfers may take 6-8 weeks to process. Return to My Rewards dashboard". Does that mean it initiated the transfer?

And is this the procedure you used?

I don't remember the procedure being this confusing the last time I did near the end of last year.

I've tried it multiple times since, with different amounts, even putting 200000 in once to see if it would give an error, but no, even then (and every single time) it said exactly the same thing.

So I can't tell whether they've started doing the transfer or not.

And since the deadline is apparently Sept 5, that'll be only 3 weeks and 2 days since I first tried to transfer. And I'm concerned that it may not be a consistent 3 weeks, because it may have to do with time of month you initiate the transfer (in case they only do the actual transfers once a month or something like that).

Thanks.

I recently submitted a Caesars credits -> Wyndham points transfer request of 4312 points on 8/14/22, but my Caesars reward credits balance hasn't been deducted yet as part of that request. Does anyone know what I can do in this situation? Or who I can talk to to get a status update on the transfer request? TIA.
