Applied to match from Wyndham to Caesars on Feb 2. DIdn't match for 10 days so I reapplied on Feb 13. Still not matched.
I'm planning to contact them on Friday to see if they can get this sorted out. If they can't, I guess I'm not going to Vegas next month.

After calling all the numbers I could Google for Total Rewards and getting transferred multiple times, I give up trying to speak to a real person or even email Total Rewards. It just can't be done, despite one of the recorded welcome messages claiming you can go to www.caesars.com and just click on the link Send Email.

First week of February, I requested the Diamond match based off paid and earned Wyndham stays. No status match for Wyndham, I earned my status the hard way so can't understand why Total Rewards is giving such grief. I have contacted casinos in Vegas end of January and Horseshoe in Baltimore in February (closest Harrahs to DC) and all give the canned response. You have to request the status match online and it can take up to 7-10 business days. I tried the status match form earlier this week again, but still no response. Would be nice if it give response that I had applied before and they are working on it instead the standard 'congratulations and expect your account to reflect diamond in one week' time'.

I still have Wynn Platinum. Would it just be easier to status match to Diamond Total Rewards next time I am in Vegas? What about status match that to MGM? As long as I bump up from Pearl I am happy because I just need a hotel status that will waive resort fees next time I am in Las Vegas.

You can't match status in Vegas with Caesars unless you are opening a NEW CAESARS ACCOUNT. If you have a Caesars account they don't match but your Wynn Platinum will get you MGM Gold

Well that is good to know at least. I am still sure this Caesars Rewards new program is holding things up but it should not take an entire month to solve this easy match.

But as I am a realist too, I will get MGM Gold for Wynn Platinum at least. After so many stays at Harrahs/Caesars, it will be nice to have change of venue. Wonder if can use Amex or Visa Signature hotel benefits when booking on their website, or will resort waived be only through MGM website?

My status match just went through. I think there might be some issue on wyndham side that's slowing it down. I contacted caesars like a week ago about my match not going through for several weeks. They said they will reach out to wyndham. A few days later I get one of those wyndham emails notifying you of a change to profile. Later that day I'm diamond.

You have to book direct with MGM to get waived resort fees

Update: I just checked my account and it now shows Diamond! It really took a month to get back to Diamond/status matched back from Wyndham Diamond. (I checked it yesterday but was still Gold.)

$100 Celebration dinner for 2022

Can anyone that got matched for 2022 using Wyndham status confirm that $100 Diamond Celebration dinner is still included as part of the Diamond status match? Is there any way to check other than calling and/or visiting a Caesars rewards desk?

I requested about a month ago. I didn't do anything else, and today checked and was upgraded to Diamond. It happened sometime in the last 2 weeks, so it seems to just be taking longer?

I applied at the beginning of February, ... it's been so long that i dont remember exactly which date. but after few days not showing diamond, i submitted the status match again on caesars total rewards account portal.

My Caesars status is still GOLD after approximately a month of initial submission.
