Thank you so much for the update!!! Did you happen to check the price before you book? Someone earlier said it was limited to $500/nt and I'm wondering if that is true and if your booking was over/under it. I've stayed at one of their properties at Park City before, and it was pretty aged. The location is great though. Also if you didn't already know, check in and the property are in different locations as they don't have on site management. We had a rental car so no biggie, but I know sometimes people just take shuttles when going on a ski trip and it would have been a hassle to check in if we did that.

How difficult or easy was the booking process? There was a recent post on frequent miler that detailed a lot of difficulty, same with the comment section.

Well, it was fairly tedious actually but totally worth it. I researched 1BR properties on Vacasa.com and submitted a list of them to Wyndham to check for me. Initially they all came up as not available. I tried this about 3-4 more times changing resort areas each time (Mammoth CA, Breckenridge, Telluride CO, etc.) Finally, she came back and said that most of what I had previously inquired about opened up mysteriously and suddenly there was a huge selection to pick from I honestly don't know if she was just doing something wrong on her end when she kept saying no availability, but my perseverance paid off finally.

There are a few bookable with point online, in fact if you find one you'll get the most value per point.
I was able to book with points with the following in Hawaii, the catch is rooms with points are limited during peak holiday seasons so book ahead as much as possible.

Are you a timeshare owner as I can't log in via the Club Wyndham link you gave and if I go through Wyndham hotels it says call hotel for every date I tried including May 2022 which is as far out as I can book.

Check regular Wyndham site, search via "Honolulu"

I just redeemed 4 nights here for 54K points with my Earner Business/Plus cards, absolutely a bargain and I consider this property above those chain hotels charging upward of $400 a night. At the moment availability are wide open in 2022, book as soon as you have the points before they're gone or Wyndham decides to move this up to 30K category.

Now, I"m trying to figure out if/when Wyndham Club Vacation at Waikiki Beach Walk ever becomes available using points, the location is ideal, right next to Royal Hawaiian Center.

Not a timeshare owner at all, I stay away from those at all cost. It's available until EOS in 2022 now. Yes I was watching the availability.

When I search using Honolulu for my dates ( 4/23 - 4/28 , 2022) the screenshot below is what I see...............if I search using Hawaii I see the listed condos but all say not unavailable using points.
I am already booked at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach, they had a deal a few months ago and I grabbed a penthouse for 30K a night but I would consider moving as I have about 170K Wyndham and not much use for them beside the Caesars transfer of 30K a year.
Paniolo Greens Resort
Club Wyndham Kona Hawaiian Resort
Club Wyndham Royal Sea Cliff
Shell Vacations Club Kona Coast Resort
Club Wyndham Mauna Loa Village
Shell Vacations Club Holua Resort at the Mauna Loa Village

I see that for those dates mentioned only "Go Fast" option was available for Shell Vacations Club Waikiki Marina Resort at the llikai, so you'll still pay $773 plus 15K points. My booking is for June 2022 which they just released availability (it was only available until May earlier) recently. That's why I booked mine as soon as my SUB from Earner Business got posted.
It's peak season so I get it, not sure I would trade my 30K/night Hyatt Penthouse as that was a steal.
With the new Hawaii restrictions they announced today who knows if we even go.............it's our first time there and we have 5 in Waikiki and 5 nights at Hyatt Maui so I want it to be wide open.
