Best credit card bonus offer

I am considering getting a Wyndham CC and am wondering how the current award bonus of 15,000 points for the no fee card compares to past offers. A few years ago I received an extra 30,000 points on an airline card through plain old dumb luck when I procrastinated getting their card. That taught me to see if better offers come along from time to time.

I heard that Wyndham is changing the hotel categories around, the top hotels like the all inclusives will now be 30k a night while the lower ones will be 7.5k or 15k, i hope this rumor is false but its something to consider

Blame that on me. They seem to change things once I decide to get the CC or commit to a specific brand. Delta did that years ago. I got their cc and a few months later they stopped publishing an awards table. Oh well.....

Maybe I should consider Motel 6.
