It's an interesting question because the benefit lists different offers for different tier credit levels. Diamond at 15k, 40k and 80k tier credit levels get different offers, but what about Diamonds with 0 tier credits? My guess would be you'd get the 15k tier credit offer, but am also interested in hearing what you get if you call in.

You can call and ask but I would say yes because before the Wyndham Match to Diamond I was Platinum via the TR credit card and had 3 nights at Atlantis

There are a lot of blackout dates and don't forget the "free" nights also include paying a resort fee with low level Diamond, it's not all inclusive and I have heard that the food & bev onsite are very expensive.


If they say you need 15K TR points you may be able to transfer 15K Wyndham points to TR.

Does anyone know if matching from Wyndham -> Caesars Rewards at Caesars Palace would be instantaneously or I still need to wait? Because I'm traveling to Vegas this Saturday and just requested status matching on Caesars at around 2:30pm 2/7/2019. Thanks.

It should be an instant match at the TR desk if you have your Wyndham Diamond card

I matched from Wyndham D to Total Rewards on Feb 6 but still Gold as of today Feb 18, total 8 days before today. I went ahead and matched again online today. I will email if it doesn't match next week. Thank you!

It has been over 7 business days now and I still haven't gotten my status matched over from Wyndham yet. Just sent them an email by asking question via the caesars online portal, and it said will take 3 business days for them to get back to me. Will see what's happen next.

So I finally got an email back from Caesars today 2/20/2019 telling me that I have been upgraded to Diamond after I sent them a question via the online portal on 2/18/2019 at 5:10PM saying I haven't gotten the status match for over 7 business days. I logged into my account and saw that it has been upgraded. FINALLY after a little more than 2 weeks since I first requested matching from Marriott to Wyndham which only took less than 24 hours.

Are terms changed for 4 night complimentary stay at Atlantis from 1st Feb 2019?

I booked 4 night stay for December 21st through December 25th 2019.

Can anyone confirm his/her email from last year's booking?

Confirmation email had bow wording.
"Your stay at Atlantis is subject to important legal terms and conditions that affect your legal rights and mandate disputes be resolved exclusively before a court in The Bahamas. Read carefully Atlantis’ Terms and Conditions which can be found at atlantis.
Complimentary offers are based on your previous level of casino play. If you are a new or inactive Atlantis casino guest your upfront complimentaries are based on your rated play from your primary casino.
If you redeem this complimentary offer you are expected to play to the same level of casino play or greater. If you do not play or show reduced casino play you may be charged for some or all of your upfront complimentaries including rooms, food & beverage, limos, etc. If you need additional clarification, please contact Casino VIP Services or your Player Development Executive.
Customers receiving room reservations at a special casino rate must record 4 hours of rated play over the duration of their stay. If 4 hours of play is not generated, the special casino rate will be changed to the Casino promotional rate. Hi, how long does it take to transfer from TR to Wyndham? TR customer service told me it would take 6-8 weeks. thanks.

Are you referring to the transfer of RC's to Wyndham points or the status? AFAIK, the transfer of RC's usually a few days, but have taken me as long as a week to week and a half for me. For the TR/CR tier match to Wyndham, it should be instant through their site.

What specific terms are you referring to? If it's in reference to the "play requirements", it's always been there AFAIK. That's typical jargon usually inputted into "COMP" offers.
