Ramada Gangwon Sokcho - can only be booked through third party sites

I tried to book this hotel on Wyndham's site but it never shows any availability. Not on the dates I want to go but also not on other dates. I randomly picked some dates in February/March as well as further out.
Booking.com/Agoda and other booking sites show availability on all these dates I tested.

What's going on here? Is this hotel leaving Ramada?

I continued checking the website for availability since my last post but nothing has changed. Still wide open on different OTA sites and no availability whatsoever on Wyndham's site.
I called reservations today and they don't see any availability either.

I wouldn't mind booking with an OTA if it weren't for those 15K points I could earn with the ongoing promotion.

Did anybody experience something like this before (maybe another hotel)? Is this an IT glitch with Wyndham? Is the hotel just blocking these rooms (no clue why they would do this).
Most importantly, what can I do to book this room and earn points!
Call or mail the hotel? (this is a hotel in South Korea)
