I stayed at Ramada Oceanside on 9.24. I used the master pass link to pay for it using my Wyndham rewards app. When I checked in, the check in lady asked if I wanted to use the card on file from master pass ( it was a Citi MC I cancelled a long time ago). I told her I wanted to use another CITI MC.
Will I still be able to get my 7500 MasterPass points even though I don't use the same credit card to pay for the stay?
Also, my friend has the 10k stay one night promotion but he doesn't have a master pass. Can he use my master pass information when he books his one night for 10k stay promotion?
Will I still be able to get my 7500 MasterPass points even though I don't use the same credit card to pay for the stay?

Two stays this past week, hoping for another batch to be run soon. We found the perfect redemption for those 18k points - about $250 a night saved, or 8cents per point!!
I'll have to check for GoFast cancellation policies, unless someone here happens to know offhand how they're handled...

Have been reading this thread to see other's experience with stacking promotions, and tried to follow what was posted here.
I just booked a room for 10/1-10/2. Signed up for Masterpass. I booked via the wyndhamhotels.com link signed in/linked for both Wyndham rewards and Masterpass. If all goes as planned I should receive 18,500 points. (10,000 offer, 7,500 masterpass, and 1000 for booking).
I booked a cheap room in a hotel close to home/work, so likely won't be staying the night. Only booked it for the points, really. With that being said, I would think I have to actually show up to "check-in". But, what about checking out? Do I have to formally do so or can I just leave after checking in and not have to return to check back out? Not sure how that all works, as usually when I book rooms I'm staying in them so do the standard check-in/check-out process.

I have stayed the two nights several weeks ago. For the first stay, I had to fight for the points because I did not use the link within the Offer. I made an unholy stink because the fine print did not say a specific link was required. I was told "no dice" but a manual credit of 7,500 points should up a few days later.
For my second night, I tried to confirm that my reservation had the correct promo code attached to it but the customer service specialist couldn't tell me. I feel I did it correct but I haven't received the points yet at stay was almost 2 weeks ago. I will call tomorrow, if they aren't posted. It's annoying to have to fight for these points, after being encouraged to stay.
BTW, the fine print specifically says you do not have to use the CC associated with your MasterPass account.

I had a typo in my post. I was manually credited with 7,500 and am awaiting the second 7,500. I will correct it.

You may get them a little more quickly if you call and they handle it manually again, if the wait is keeping you from booking an award stay.

The only reason we stayed is b/c they always say that we can't check out no other way except but to be present and b/c of a $50 deposit to my cc.

I made a stay on 9/16 at a Travelodge and to my horror discovered my Wyndham Rewards was set to receive UAL miles instead of points! Which I don't need.
I did receive 178 UAL miles...but what exactly would I receive from the Masterpass? 7500 Wyndham points denominated as UAL? How much is that?
I read in the T&C about Travel Partner Currency.
I just made another booking. Now my settings are Wyndham Rewards Points. I changed it a while ago. Maybe in time for when they run their program? Or it's probably set to the travel partner currency for the old stay.
any thoughts?
