New rewards program is a joke...

Haha you can add the Wyndham Grand Chicago Riverfront to the list of hotels that are suddenly "opting out" of the rewards program. What a joke. Since that is about the only hotel I was going to get use out of, it makes their credit card and program pretty much worthless. (Don't bother checking for any award availability this year or next, there is none.)

Thank you for the information. 4 night stay at the Wyndham Grand Chicago Riverfront and will expect nothing associated with the rewards program. Booked via Hotwire @ $130 per night. (Yes expect nothing associated with the rewards program for Hotwire reservations.)

I think you ran into this issue when Wydnham was having issues with its website. I just checked and there rooms available for reward bookings into next year, both regular and deluxe rooms.
