I have also only received a survey after my "stay".

Called the property and received the folio (receipt) within minutes by e-mail, very friendly and fast customer service!

^ this +1, Detroit Auburn Hills had very fast, very friendly service. Folio received in seconds.

Curious, I asked the young man, "Could you tell me if you've had a lot of no-show stays recently?" "We have had a few."

Who knows, if they end up coughing up the points, I may give Wyndham another shot after all.

Received and sent in all of my folios, and got this response:

Thank you for sending us your receipts.

Please allow a week for your promotion points to show on your account.

Thank you!
Now we wait

In a week we will know if it's only 16k or 3x 16k for a 48k total.

Only honoring 16k will be as much drama as honoring none, at least in my case anyways

16k points per stay.
Email receipt is fine. I asked if I'll even get one since it will be a no-show and they said that if I don't get one emailed to me, a copy of my credit card statement showing I was charged will also work.
As previously stated, we should expect to get 48k points.

I think it would be a real tribute if they beat their deadline of when they will post the points. Also submitted my folio of receipts like they asked.

Yes. my wife is still missing hers - my points have posted without issues - hers not at all - and this is after multiple calls, multiple letters and multiple emails and PMs on FlyerTalk.

Not impressed.
