Are hairspray allowed on flights?

Hi,
I'm new to the forum, and very new to flying

We will be going to Italy, and not sure what the regulations are for any pressured containers such as hairspray.

I'm trying hard to find any information on what are allowed on specific flights. We will be flying with AF (A380) and would like to know if hairspray containers are allowed in check-in luggage?

Thanks

Here's an article. The actual TSA site focuses on aerosol paint, not hair spray.
You can bring a 3.4 oz or smaller canister on the plane in your quart bag, or you can check a larger canister.

Hi nux
No, we are traveling from South Africa, stopping over in France and heading to Rome.

I've had no issues flying with hairspray in the US or Europe.
